Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Setup Group LLC (“Setup Group”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We are a consultancy that helps businesses work more efficiently through business analysis, custom software, and AI implementation and execution.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name and email address, and, if you add them, your company, phone number, team size and message.
• Email or WhatsApp: whatever you include when you write to us.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to discuss how we might work together, and to prepare any proposal you ask for. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Website hosting: to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Form handling: we use a form-processing provider to deliver contact form messages to our inbox. It handles them only to deliver them to us.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any working relationship that follows, and then delete it unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Client project data

Data we handle for clients as part of our services, such as business systems, records and reports, is not covered by this policy. It is governed by the service agreement and any confidentiality agreement (NDA) we have with that client.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email daniel@setupgroup.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top.
